You use this program to configure groups of users who are licensed to use the Web-based Applications.
You typically use this method of licensing if you know that the number of concurrent Web-based Application users is significantly less then the total number of users who will ever use the application.

| Name | The descriptive name of the class. |
| Concurrent users | The number of concurrent users allowed to access the Web-based Applications when using this class. Your entry must still adhere to the terms of your license agreement. Increasing the number of concurrent users may invalidate your e.net license. |
| Timeout (minutes) | The specific period of time (where no keyboard or mouse activity has been detected) after which the operator is logged out. |
