You use this program to change the expiry date for a range of supplier price contracts.

| Supplier selection | Indicate the supplier(s) for whom the contract expiry date must be changed. |
| Stock code selection | Indicate the stock code(s) for which the expiry date for contracts must be changed. |
| Catalogue selection | Indicate the supplier catalogue(s) for which the contract expiry date must be changed. |
| Contract selection | Indicate the contract(s) for which the expiry date must be changed. |
| Reference selection | Indicate the supplier catalogue(s) for which the expiry date for contracts must be changed. |
| Update Expiry Dates | Select this to update the expiry dates according to your selections. |
| Close | Select this to exit the program without updating any expiry dates. |
