You use this program to generate a report which lists details of all structures that have been added, changed, or deleted using the Structures and Routings program.

| Print manufacturing u/m quantities | Select this to print the quantities on the report in the manufacturing unit of measure. This applies when using Manufacturing unit of measure (Work in Progress Setup). Quantities are printed in the manufacturing unit of measure when a Manufacturing unit of measure is defined against the stock code (Stock Codes) and the Manufacturing unit of measure is used in the Bills of Materials.Quantities are printed in the stocking unit of measure when this option is not enabled. |
These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
Only amendment journals not previously printed are listed on the report each time you generate this report (i.e. when not reprinting).
The BomAmendmentJnl table is used to extract the additions, changes, and deletions against a bill of materials. This table only saves the bill of material structure changes (i.e. changes to components) and therefore changes to operations are not included in the report.
This program cannot be run while any operator is maintaining a bill of materials using the Structures and Routings program. The message Files needed exclusively by the program are currently being accessed by another user is displayed to indicate this.
Journal details are only available if you selected the option: Amendment journals required (Bill of Materials Setup) before maintaining structure details.
