You use this program to generate a report of stock items against which no parent-component structures are defined.
These items normally include consumables or spares for machines, but can include finished parts or sub-assemblies residing within the inventory file having no component structure list.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Routing selection |
Indicate the route(s) for which to include stock items in the report. This only applies when the option: Alternate routings is enabled (Bill of Materials Setup). |
All | Select this to print stock items on the report only if no structure is detected for the items against any routing held on file. |
Single | Select this to print stock items on the report only if no structure is detected for the items against a specific routing. |

Include | |
Include bought-out items |
Select this to include items that do not have a parent part. Made-in items, against which no components are held, are listed on the report regardless of whether they have a parent part. |
Include co-product manufactured via a notional part |
Select this to include co-products manufactured via notional parts when checking structures. If a co-product does not have a structure and it is not manufactured via a notional part, then the co-product details are listed in the report. |
These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
