You use this program to produce a list of all capex assets that have been added, changed or deleted using the Asset Capex Items program.
The report options enable you to indicate the items for which amendment journals must be printed as well as the transactions to include in the journals.

| Delete journal file after report | Select this to delete the journal file once the report has run. Journals cannot be reprinted as they will no longer exist. |

| Capex requisition lines | Select this to generate the report for capex requisition lines added, changed and deleted. |
These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
Only amendment journals not previously printed are listed on the report each time you generate this report (i.e. when not reprinting).
You can only run this program if you indicated that asset amendment journals are required (Assets Setup).
When selecting to delete the journal file:
No journals are deleted if any journals for any items (capex items or capex requisition lines) have not been printed.
All journals previously printed are deleted. You cannot selectively delete journals.
